I have a daughter who has MASS HEALTH and was in extreme pain and I spent hours just trying to find a dental facility that would take her dental insurance and see her. Not only was Smiley dental extremely helpful but Shannon was so kind and seemed genuinely concerned and she got her an appt. within hours. They found my daughter had an abscess and an infection going into her nerves. I was amazed by how well this dentist office was. I called a hour or so prior to walking in with a 2 emergency extractions , and i was in the exam chair within ten minutes, All the staff, Dr. Chung Tess, Nautica were so friendly. they also had me laughing while they extracted my tooth which has never happened before. I was so pleased with the experience i had that i made This my Permanent dentist and im so excited to go back for my fillings and cleaning next week ;D

The whole staff from the secretary to the tech as well as the dentist were very friendly and efficient.
