RecommendedDr. Polnar is a fantastic dentist who may be part magician by what she was able to do with my teeth! Manager Vanessa was easy to talk to on the phone about scheduling & in person while discussing options for dental care. Assistant Tarell was attentive & friendly. When was the last time you left your dentist's office and knew everyone's name? Thank you all for saving my smile!

BEWARE! DR. FANG and his dumb-🫏 assistant “Dee” are scammers / Con Artists! He milks insurance companies for their money. He pulls perfectly healthy teeth that he claims are bad. I got X-rays done and he took 9 individual X-RAYS in just ONE section of my mouth when generally you only get 1 or 2 done. He also never showed me my X-Rays… He did so many X-rays on me that the roof of my mouth became burnt. He told me I had 12 teeth that needed to be pulled. The Staff in this dental place is really nice but the Asian doctor here is HORRIBLE ! You won’t get to have an opinion, he will just tell you these are the things he's going to do! I went there for a repair a tiny filling that fell off, I had zero pain ! Took x rays of my whole mouth and said I needed 9 fillings!! He was so rude when I told him I only need my one tooth to be fixed! He asked me to go see another doctor and left the room ! Do not use this dentist! I walked out after being told I would owe $114 for my visit. I had not even been seen!

I was approved by United Concordia insurance to be seen by DMD Dr Polnar at Smiley Dental who is on the list of approved DMDs from United Concordia approved list of Dentists. Smiley Dental reception representatives turned me away as they stated they don’t accept this coverage at the 17 Berdon Way location and could pay out of pocket if I wished to be seen for restoration. Smiley dental has to be the WORST dentist office I have ever been to. I registered as a new patient there about a month and a half ago and had my tooth extracted (which was canceled 3 times and rescheduled, like anyone has the time for that) and then was offered to make a apt in office but told them I would call to make the apt in a week or so. Family member had a filling, office was on vacation. Once it opened , person called the office to ask for an emergency visit due to continuing pain at the site . Was told "the schedule was full " and an abrupt "no" Girl on phone could have cared less. Patient canceled all follow up appointments for self and family
