We have seen the difference in the work with Smith and Douglas construction, in comparison from our last home. Would definitely recommend to others in the market for a new home, from start to finish it's been a stress free experience.

Overall a ok experience but as an experienced home buyer, I believe there quality is good but they find a way to nickel & dime you for things that honestly should be included.
