Yes, I would and have recommended Smith Douglas to family and friends, especially to the ones like us who have never owned their own home. The process provided by Smith Douglas was made so much easier and less confusion/ chaotic!
I had a great relationship with Mr. G. Woods. He helped and explained several things to me. My relationship with construction manager, Mr. R. Bales was not so great.
Connie and Cory were absolutely amazing. From beginning to end they made it a seamless very pleasant stress free process! It was such a pleasure to work with them. They made our home buying journey a smooth and enjoyable experience and I truly thank them both for the care concern and attention to detail that went into making the process an absolute success!!!! Huge Thank you! We love our new home!
This is my second Smith Douglas Home and I have been pleased with both homes.
Thank you to Michelle and Eric for working hard to do some wheelchair accommodations for me and our new house. We understand it is not normal to do that, and we highly appreciate the thoughtfulness and flexibility to make this house work for my wheelchair needs!

I am very likely to recommend SDH to everyone. I've had a really great experience; I love my home and I'm happy that we worked with Sherry Richardson. She ensured we got the home we desired and that the process went smoothly. You can tell, she genuinely enjoys her job and wants to be of assistanct.
I most definitely will recommend. It was awesome watching this whole project from start to finish and all the steps involved. Everyone that had a part of the process made it all come together perfectly.
