This is a first home purchase for me, but working with Katie through the sales process and the preferred lender made the entire process really seamless. Katie really went above and beyond with keeping us updated on the status of the build. She would take photos of the house either weekly or biweekly. I would consider recommending and have recommended SD Atlanta. I like thier options and feel they have a delightful variety of choices. I have even recommended SD Charlotte to my daughter.
This build was really no hassle at all. From sales to all of the construction managers that were involved in this process were extremely friendly and answered all my needs. If you want to reduce stress in purchasing a home, I recommend contacting them.
