Superb , superb , superb , I can’t recommend this place enough . Great food , great service and wonderful drinks. Without doubt best steak I have ever eaten and can’t wait to return.
Overall very good. The foot is excellent. Let down by a few service mishaps, which for the prices charged you just don't expect - we spent £650 for two, admittedly with a decent wine, but you expect faultless service for that. Not sitting us in a booth initially as requested and in fact trying to sit us downstairs. Forgetting a few items such as bread order, steak sauce (embellishment), extra butter. It is a favourite but they need to iron out these service issues.
I had not been to a Smith & Wollensky in some 20 years, but experience told me to return and I was not disappointed. Impeccable service, excellent food and great (if loud) atmosphere. Thank you. Worth every penny.

Dining here is always an event - the best martinis this side of the pond, wonderful oysters and superb meats and sides. It’s all too easy to go overboard but somehow that doesn’t matter. A true steakhouse ambience, unapologetically so.
