I had a very delicious meal in a nice atmosphere. No issue with noise and the waiters were most helpful and gracious.
Immediately that you walk into the restaurant you are taken back by the deco. Very stunning and I liked that the seats weren’t on top of each other. Our waiter was very good, attentive and excellent at recommending a good gin. We ordered off the brunch menu. However, it’s not cheap. One gin and tonic £13.00 side of spinach £11.00 I order rare steak. It wasn’t rare, more medium so if you have steak definitely state how you want it cooked. It’s not a cheap please to eat. However it’s got a good atmosphere.
Service was good. Well organised and when explained going to theatre prepared our food quickly. Only concern asked for medium well done but food red/ pink in the middle . Bleeding over the roll from the burger .
The overall rating would have been better had not the table next to us been liberally sprayed with disinfectant while we were still eating!
Absolutely fantastic time, service great and food just as good.
The food was great. The service was very personable. We had the taster menus which I would highly recommend. We were sat at a table by the window overlooking the river. It was my mother in laws birthday and they made a real fuss of her which was lovely. We saw lots of families eating there too so thinking I will come back with the kids.
The bar looks great. Plenty of space. Food cooked to perform. Sides are enough for 2
