Love this restaurant but this visit service was slow and a little haphazard. Food was good and steaks were excellent, a couple of the sides were only just the right side of acceptable for temperature, the whipped potato’s and the creamed spinach. Cocktails were excellent and the duty manager did give them complimentary as service was slow.
Incredible, service was top class, they genuinely made every effort, I would go out of my way to go back. Top class.
I enjoyed my visit. The staff were really good and helpful though there were some waitresses's uniforms rather grubby looking and unkempt. The ambiance good (subdued lighting which is good) and the food delicious. Although they had run out of 250g Sirloin by 20.30 - on a Saturday night! However, as it is slightly more expensive than other establishments (wine very expensive) it will be some time before my next visit - need to save up! Very nice, and surprisingly large restaurant near Embankment split over two floors (the building and decor are great). A little quiet on a Monday lunchtime, food (steak) was excellent, service was relatively attentive, good choice of wine. Not the cheapest but very good.
Birthday treat ... excellent service and exquisite food. The table position was a little ‘unromantic’, otherwise an excellent experience.
This is an excellent restaurant but not for the feint-hearted when it comes to cost. Possibly the best steaks in London.

We went on honeymoon to London and we are delighted we stumbled across this restaurant! From the staff to the food we were not disappointed. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and everything about this place, so well worth a visit!
Very impressed with the restaurant, the food was fantastic and the staff very knowledgeable and attentive. Looking forward to coming back soon.
