Absolutely fantastic service, delicious food, and amazing dirty martini’s
Smith and Wollenskys is one of our go to places for special occasions. Being from NY and currently living in London, we like the at home experience in our adopted city. We are never disappointed with the quality of service and food and will look forward to our next visit!

We ate here early afternoon on a Thursday and the restaurant was quiet. The Gin and rhubarb cocktail was a tasty start but we accompanied the meal with a Malbec, the bottle cost was maybe a bit on the pricey side even for London. We skipped a starter and went straight for a sirloin steak cooked medium rare, it was cooked to perfection and the quality of the steak was excellent, fries and a caesar salad for sides. The food was outstanding, the best steak we’ve had. We had a January deal so 2 x steak meals plus a Prosecco each for £60. Our waiter was funny and attentive. The only negative of the evening was the very long wait for our food to arrive, 1 hour from ordering.
A nice venue, but too many tables, which made it difficult to navigate. Don’t sit near the bar and till, we had people bumping into us for the second half of our experience.
Amazing experience. Dinner on new years was fantastic. Great service. Great food. Perfect spot to watch the fireworks.
We booked last minute as my wife had never eaten the best steak in London. We were a little worried that they wouldn’t have been very accommodating of our young baby. But we were so wrong! They organised us space next to the table for the pram, had baby changing facilities etc. food and service was impeccable and my wife said “it’s the best steak she’s ever eaten”
Superb service in a very nice environment. Perfect in every way.
