We arrived at around 4pm and were seated on a bench near the entrance. There were only two other tables with customers. We ordered our drinks and starters, both arrived without delay. Then the evening staff started arriving, they congregated by the door. Their talking and laughter was disruptive, it spoilt the ambience within the restaurant. Had a fantastic meal with my hubby the waiter was excellent
We came to celebrate a Wedding Anniversary, it was our first time dining at S&W. We had a fabulous evening with great service and delicious food. I would highly recommend tuna tartar and truffle carpaccio. Steak was excellent, especially "Au poivre" style. Porcini cream sauce was delicious on steak. Very professional and warm service from the team, and in particular- Lorenzo! Thank you for this special evening, we will be back soon.
This is our third time here and it’s still amazing. We came to celebrate our birthdays and the staff did everything to make our evening special. The Irish Chateaubriand was incredible! Creamed spinach is declious too. Can’t wait to find another excuse to come here!
very attentive service - good food, well presented but a bit on the costly side. (with 2 glasses of wine and us sharing a desert - the voucher we had just covered half the price of our meal!)
As always fabulous food and great staff at the bar and the table.
Food was excellent. Steak cooked to perf. Onion rings stacked like a child’s hoop toy. Fantastic stuff. Service was friendly and efficient. Portion sizes decent. Comfortable seating and nice toilets.
Excellent food and drink. Service was good but not great, waiter could have been more friendly and at times we felt a bit rushed. Generally very good and will go back.
Very accommodating and friendly this restaurant was amazing! Highly recommend x
