Our steak was very juicy and succulent and the portions were generous. Our waitress was very friendly and service impeccable. As it was a birthday celebration, a surprise desert and the waitress ( can't remember her name ) and another waiter sang birthday wishes ! It was a lovely evening and this is always my choice for steak. I always recommend this restaurant to our friends. Look forward to going back soo !

Love the ambience and good service. Best steaks we’ve had in London. A bit pricey but for a special occasion worth it… waiter who served us knowledgeable on the cuts of meat and husband had good laugh with him..

We had an early dinner as due at the theatre. Service was friendly, yet professional. Food was delicious. Restaurant was fairly empty when we got there (5.00 pm) but starting to fill as we left (6.30 pm). Ambiance was fine and noise levels were low as not too full. Overall, a lovely meal with good service.

Restaurant is very nice and food was perfectly cooked, varsities beside the steak should be more, selected areas for less noise are needed and prices are slightly high for value but overall it was a perfect experience

My father & I, do enjoy eating out and somehow had never tried S&W and we were very impressed by the food & to nobody’s surprise in particular the quality of the steak. The pea & ham soup and tuna tar-tar we had respectively to start were also really quite good. I must admit for how impressive the quality of the meat was, my ABSOLUTE favourite item was the hash brown - it was truly delicious! Had an absolutely lovely early evening meal with my wife and friends. Service was spot on (well done Lorenzo) and the food was to die for! Even found a red wine that I liked after 40 years of looking! We will definitely be back!
amazing service and delicious food, service charge was 13.8% which seems a bit much, but they were happy to take it off and accept a tip directly to the waiter instead though they said this was an exception. Everything was exceptional quality and Id definitely come again.
The restaurant made me homesick for NYC - it's that good!
