Fine service There was no issue. Nothing exceptional but no issues.
SML saved my life. . .no way I could have unloaded a 16 foot rental truck and taken everything up to the 3rd floor apartment (no elevator) and still be alive. Our two movers from SML, James and Dee, were amazing. In the heat and high humidity in Tennessee, these two men were fantastic unloading our truck and getting everything up three flights of stairs. They Did Good I used SML - Simple Moving Labor a few months back, and I thought they did a good job. The move went well, as they showed up on time, worked hard, and got everything moved without any damage to my things, which was my biggest concern. I was replacing some old furniture, and they helped me in moving those older pieces of furniture out of the house. Excellent service in providing a quote I was trying to help 2 family members find help unloading their U-Haul truck on a holiday weekend and with pretty short notice. I spoke to several members of the SML team over a couple of days and all were very competent and helpful. It wasn't easy but they found a team that could do the job, and I thought the price quoted was reasonable. Two Experiences, One Good, On Not So Good. I have used SML - Simple Moving Labor twice. The first experience was a good one. The movers did a good job. The second experience was not a very good experience. The second time the movers came with four or five people in the car. Only two got out to work on the move except when they had to move a heavy item, and then one more person got out to help. They did not have hand trucks so they had to use mine. Very Good SML - Simple Moving Labor was recommended to me by a family member, and they did a good job. I had the boxes prepped, and when they came out, they helped get them and the furniture out and moved. They were quick and got the apartment cleared within the hour. There was no damage done and all my stuff got to their destination fine. The workers were nice and interesting to talk to. I would consider them again if I ever need moving services in the future.
