On time, efficient movers Overall good experience. Only suggestion is to reduce the amount of calls required to book. I had to call and/or be called back 3-4 times and with my work schedule that was inconvenient. However good customer service on the phone and everyone was very nice!
Both loading and unloading experience was excellent We will use SML in the future for sure.
Very professional stress free move Movers were very professional, very careful with everything, they wrapped everything and were very professional with how they handled everything and how they packed and unpacked everything. I highly recommend SML.
Good experience They did a good job moving the furniture. The only problem is I expected them to arrive before 9:00, and they didn’t arrive until 10:30. I had to call to find out where they were.

Professional! They arrived right on time and were very professional, polite, and fast! We couldn't expect more. I just wished they would use our pads to protect some of our furnitures which they forgot to. Only one of our furniture got a bit damaged due to not using the pads.
This young man were very polite and careful with your belongings I don't really know how these boys could have been any better. I call them boys, but young men they were.

Excellent service! Our moving helpers were fantastic! They were on time, worked hard, and were very conscious about taking care of our stuff.
Very knowledgeable, helpful, down to earth The two who helped me load the moving truck were excellent and very personable. They were also very patient as I had many "hiccups" with the moving truck. Even the owner of the company was willing to get his hands dirty in the process. Also, the person with him was an excellent, hardworking, and gave great advice. I can not remember his name but I know it wasn't "Paul."
