Team was on time and professional The team we had showed up on time. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. They unloaded a 20 ft moving van in 2 hrs.
Late and overcharged Horrible communication. Don't use them. I will not be using them ever again. My experience with SML was not good. I needed a crew to help me unload my moving truck. We had loaded the truck in VA on our own but needed help to unload in CO. Setting up a crew to help was easy via phone and I was told there was a great crew available when I needed them. Overall stellar service The movers where on time got to work right away even helped me on a personal issue that was out of job description. Definitely will use this company again hands down!!!
