I hired three men to unload my moving truck. They were awesome! The three men who were sent to unload my 26’ moving truck did an amazing job. They were extremely careful and worked hard. I so appreciate them. My only concern was how expensive this moving group was through Penske...

Best of the best These guys were very professional and prepared. Much better than past experience with other movers. These guys were stationed in San Antonio, but arrived on time and were most helpful.
The workers who handled our belongings worked consistently and did a good job. However, my interaction with the customer service area was disappointing. Worker service rated 5 and service from the office rated 2. I requested 3 movers and 2 movers arrive at the appointed time to move our belongings. When I contacted the scheduling office I was told that they were unaware that the third mover did not arrive. I did not receive any communication that a third mover would be sent to the job. Amendment to previous review I commented before in regards to the service with SML. They did follow up in regards to a resolution for a very frustrating situation. I would still be cautious and ensure that you watch your movers or Packers to get the best service out of the hours you book.
They were on time, courteous and took care with my belongings. The gentlemen did an excellent job. They were more than accommodating, went out of their way to understand where I wanted things placed and did it all in a very efficient manner. Would definitely hire them again.
Absolutely appalled and downright screwed for not only the third party you contract it but your level of customer service was absolutely unprofessional. Still waiting for a call from a supervisor after 3 days of requesting one! I have moved through nine different states and over 40 times and have never seen a company that just takes advantage to this degree. I cannot wait to find other ways to review this terrible company please see above and I would really appreciate if someone of authority could call me as soon as possible... read more
Great find! My unload was held up 2.5 hours due to customer before me underestimating size of their job, I was told. I had good service once they did arrive to unload. Loading on Phoenix was great, and on time. Good find- cost effective!
