Great overall service! I called late on a Sunday to tell them I was running hours behind schedule. They were able to adjust around my schedule and were here when I pulled up. The movers were fast and friendly and finished before their time. They even disconnected and connected my washer/dryer for me. Great service!
I will use them again. Very dependable and efficient service.
Met our needs on short notice. Help was available when we needed it. The workers were congenial and did their job well. Our only problem was poor communication within the company, getting the message we communicated to the right source. Workers had the incorrect address, had to call me. (wrong address on their worksheet--one digit missing). Also I had called the co. before the moving day, re. necessary equipment needed to move piano into the house. On Time and Under Budget I am happy to say that the crew that arrived to do a move-unload was on time, quick and friendly. They completed the job under my set budget. Nothing was broken or damaged. The crew was professional and they moved quickly.
Good company to work with. We had prescheduled for a load in one state and unload in another state. The load side went sour due to circumstances beyond their control but customer service was wonderful. They stayed in contact with us but it was too late in the day to try to get help to us and we cancelled. On the unload side, we actually changed to an earlier day and time and the guys showed up early and we were unloaded in an hour. All associates were polite and courteous and apologetic. Would use them again in the future.
Great company! The two movers we had to unload to put our things into storage weee awesome and made it all work for us in a super timely manner- Don and Adis. We used SML tonkoad our truck as well and those guys did a great job packing the truck for a long move across the country. Hats off to SML!!
