Great service at great value Our Virginia-based crew were on time (early, even!) And efficient. They worked hard while being flexibile with restrictions or our historic-register and taking directions. Best of all it was a great value for their time. Will hire again for next move!
Excellent Service Had never used this service and was a little worried. But from the beginning their communication was great they followed up a few days before the move was to happen and the team loading our truck called an hour before to say they were on their way. The guys were knowledgeable worked as a team and everything was loaded in 2 hours flat. It was so simple and worth every penny not to have done it ourselves.
SML Should Be Called “Simply Marvelous Labor!” First, everyone we talked to at SML during booking was on their game. The pre-move communication was terrific. Then, we really tested the SML system when our flight was cancelled and we had to change our move time. But SML made it happen! Then at the move, Mike and Kobe were right on time and worked up a sweat getting all the boxes. My only regret was not booking SML for the move in. SML...Simply Marvelous Labor! Thank you all.
Overall very positive - only negative is the required two hour minimum. The unload took the crew less than an hour. See above.
