Great experience . . . associates were professional, polite and flexible I’ve moved a dozen times. Twice the moves were across country and fully paid for as part of relocation package. Once by myself with everything I owned in the back of my car. Thus was a move was slightly more upscale than the latter.
The movers were excellent. The three men who served as movers were friendly, helpful, hardworking and intelligent. It made for a very good moving experience.

I updated our unloading information one week prior to our departure and the first confirmation email was incorrect. The information was of the first entry. On the day of the unload it was this information that was sent to the team and it set the tone for us and the team. I was disappointed in the office staff. Easy to work with for a good move Outstanding
Very professional, courteous and conscientious while handling your items. Great service. I had to reschedule several times and they were very accommodating with the change every time. I was made to feel that they were there whenever I was ready. Thank You SML for providing a service that has been long overdue.
