Awesome customer service!! Lamont did an exceptional job packing the truck so that there was no movement or breakage from vibration. Everything arrived intact. You should be very proud to have such a dedicated, friendly professional employed in your company.
Made my move less stressful. I would recommend SML to others, and I would use them again! I had to change their arrival time at the last minute when my moving truck didn't arrive. They worked around the change in time.

Professional from first call to last. Easy setup and professional staff. Truck loaded properly and unloaded quickly. The professionals started on time and loaded a complete 26 foot truck in a few hours - correctly. The unload was easy and placed exactly where it was needed. Will use this service again if there is ever a requirement. Professional Folks!
Excellent - from reserve through final unload. The phone reservationist in Dallas / Ft Worth was very helpful and informative in setting up my unload in central Illinois. She was able to acquire movers for the requested date and hour. Movers were prompt, professional and efficient. It really helped having three men available to unload and probably cut the time in half! Very pleased.

Very flexible I had reschedule 3x due to a family issue. They were extremely accommodating and worked with me. Their movers were very experienced. I had some heavy antique pieces that needed white glove handling. They moved everything without fail. I will definitely call them again!
