Exceptional Steve and his assistant very professional and like he said .. Not to worry about the furniture load .. The way he packed it in Ohio was the same when we arrived in Georgia .. Nothing moved and nothing damaged. Thanks

Quiet, efficient and careful I was glad I asked for three unloaders as they had to deal with an absolutely terrible packing job. Boxes and furniture were overturned. They carefully unloaded and helped take photos to document damage. They moved boxes and furniture to rooms I asked. I was amazed they were able to get the job done inefficiently under the circumstances. I would certainly and do wholeheartedly endorse them as movers. I would recommend them without reservation

Great job, Very pleased Our two workers did a great job of unloading our cube as Hurricane Dorian aimed at our part of Florida. As a result of their fast work we were able to ask UPACK to take back the cubes 2 days early so the cubes did not blow around our development if Dorian hit us.
2 out of 3 moves- Great Our load service in Middleburg Heights- those guys rocked!!! Unloaded in Mesa, AZ- Dennis and Tanner ARE the A team!!!! Now the loading in Grapevine, TX - those guys were the worst ever, were still finding breakage and we will be making a claim. I've used SML 6 times and I will not let 1 incident effect my rating. I have faith in them.
