Exceeded Expectations SML arranged support for loading and unloading in two cities. I was impressed by the professionalism and work ethic of the movers. They were very organized and loaded & unloaded within the 2 hours in spite of multiple stairs involved. I highly recommend using this service!
communicated well, arrived on time, professional and nice They were efficient, organized and very nice. They treated my possessions with care, they used the furniture pads I had rented and wrapped my furniture carefully. The 2 hour minimum was unfortunate for me because my time needed was only an hour or so. It would have been great if the second hour could have been prorated. I needed help to move and I wanted someone who was insured so it was worth the price to me, I would recommend SML, they were great.
Would use them again. The master unloaded Mohammed was very good. He had great energy and customer service skills. His assistant David didn’t seem to be as knowledgeable of the moving. I had wardrobe bikes with hanging clothes that had arrows pointing up and he laid the boxes down so all the clothes fell of if the bar in the box and were a jumbled up mess in the box. He wasn’t as careful about things as he should have been in my opinion. He just needs to learn more and I believe Mohammed can teach him.
Depends on the Team that you get! I hired two teams; one to pack the truck and the other to unpack. The "pack" team was exceptional in that they packed the truck to within an inch of its life and saved me additional expense of renting another trailer. The "unpack" team was poorly led and created minor damage to many items, as well as taking perhaps another 50% as long to unpack the same goods.
