Heather was extremely pleasant and provided excellent service. Katelyn did not assist me but she is the only choice below

Great except I think you should definitely look in to changing lamp shades ..
I ordered a table and 4 chairs from Smokey Mountain Furniture. It actually came earlier than promised and, for a very reasonable fee, was assembled and ready to go when I got there. Kaitlyn was extremely helpful. The furniture was wrapped, loaded, and tied down and off we went. Customer service was wonderful.
Our experience at Smoky Mountain furniture it was amazing everyone was very friendly and helpful. Worked with us to get the look that we desired in the price range that we need it. Set up delivery times to our schedule checked us out efficiently will be definitely coming back.
