Great people. Kaitlyn is wonderful, kind and friendly. And I really like buying from Smokey Mtn. The last two times, I’ve purchased from a great dales person. I think her name is Heather but I’m not sure

Great price on a rug that I had wanted for some time. I’ve been pleased with all my purchases and my daughter has bought several items there as well. Kaitlyn is always such a sweetheart to talk with and answer questions.

Great pricing. Great selection. Was greeted when walking in and left alone through my shopping experience (which I prefer). Was then helped with a recliner sofa with some questioning. Very friendly staff Will definitely return for future furniture purchases.

We liked having all the different options in Living Room Furniture. We were helped by Tessa and asked a lot of questions. We felt like we were given honest answers and not answers just to pursuade a sale. We decided on a Flexsteel Couch and Love-Seat because of the high quality. Between Tessa and Heidi our experience was very good. Have bought here before and will buy here again.
