After looking at several other furniture stores, We found Smokey mountain to be what we were looking for. sales staff were helpful, not harassing, we felt we were getting quality furniture at reasonable prices and most of all the deliveries were made as scheduled by people who treated us and our furniture professionally. Would recommend Smokey to anyone and will recommend them to our friends and family. P.s. Mark was great!!!
Very good nice and very helpful
I called about a problem with a Catnapper leather recliner sofa. I was given an email address to send information. I got an almost immediate response about the next steps. After only two days I was advised of the repair plan. I was charged a reasonable price for the parts and told the labor is Free! Katelyn was very professional and helpful throughout!
