We drove over 7 1/2 hours just to buy furniture at Smokey Mtn Furniture 14 years ago, and we drove back there again today. By far the best prices and friendliest staff around! Can't imagine going anywhere else!

Quick & accurate response to my email inquiries. No bait and switch! Got there and found what I inquired about for the price I was quoted! Affordable and nice variety of items. No sales pressure when we walked in which was much appreciated! Everyone who assisted was friendly. This is now my go-to for furniture. Their showroom is clean and well-organized. I have visited and made several purchases from Smokey Mtn. This has to be the best place to do business with. Customer service is beyond outstanding.Emplyees/employer are so pleasant and easy going. You are always greeted with a smile and friendliness. They will answer any to all your questions you have.
