So helpful, patient staff took the time to provide answers quickly! I am a return customer, the quality and service can't be beat!
Sales experience was non pressured and the staff super helpful. Have not received the order yet as it will take 4-8 weeks. If that half of the process experience is comparable to the first, it will meet my expectations. It will be my 4th trip to this retailer over 5+ years and I always make a purchase. I always find what I am looking for and the pricing is one of the best around. Waiting to enjoy the furniture we ordered. Have no reason to think we will be less than pleased.

I have been working with Kaitlyn for over two years. We have bought a bedroom suite, two beds, and a mattress set. I am fixing to order a den suite. Kaitlyn has been great. She has let us take our time and then when we need help or have questions she has been right there. I truly love your store.

We drove over 7 1/2 hours just to buy furniture at Smokey Mtn Furniture 14 years ago, and we drove back there again today. By far the best prices and friendliest staff around! Can't imagine going anywhere else!
