Very helpful and easy to work with
The two gentlemen who assisted my family were very helpful, polite, and patient.
I have been working with Kaitlyn for over two years. We have bought a bedroom suite, two beds, and a mattress set. I am fixing to order a den suite. Kaitlyn has been great. She has let us take our time and then when we need help or have questions she has been right there. I truly love your store.

We drove over 7 1/2 hours just to buy furniture at Smokey Mtn Furniture 14 years ago, and we drove back there again today. By far the best prices and friendliest staff around! Can't imagine going anywhere else!

Quick & accurate response to my email inquiries. No bait and switch! Got there and found what I inquired about for the price I was quoted! Affordable and nice variety of items. No sales pressure when we walked in which was much appreciated! Everyone who assisted was friendly. This is now my go-to for furniture. Their showroom is clean and well-organized.
