Amazing people!!!!!! Our home was destroyed by Hurricane Helene and worked with us on payments awaiting insurance settlement AND storage until we are ready to move back into our home! My last four (4) home furnishings have came from Smokey Mountain Furniture and DEFINITELY will NOT change now!!!!

My Salesperson Molly went above and beyond helping me pick out a bedroom suite. Very friendly and helpful answered all my questions about what I was looking for. She should be Employee of the Month!
Heather is very friendly and knowledgeable pertaining to the furniture. She was so good, I thought she was the owner, come to find out she wasn't. She was called on so many times to help others. On Saturday, we met the owner. It is surprising that she was on the sales floor helping out, and helped us pack our trailer! It's very rare that you would find the owner of an establishment helping out. My favorite saying as a manager is , How can I expect you to do something if you don't see me doing it!. Molly , at the store was amazing and so helpful. I have my new recliner and is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. I have purchased a few things and always very satisfied.
We were greeted personally as we entered the store and offered help. After we looked around we went back to desk and found salesperson who greeted us as we came in. She worked up the numbers and ordered the furniture we wanted. Reasonable delivery fee. A wonderful assortment of furniture well displayed. Will visit again.
We have bought a sofa and loves eat in the past. Today we bought a recliner. Your personel are very friendly and helpful. When we are shopping for furniture your store is our first place to look.
Great prices quickly loaded and very polite service
