The service went very well. They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen including the stove and refrigerator. They vacuumed, mopped, swept and made all the beds. They sent out three cleaners who worked for about three and half hours.

Last autumn I hired Soft Touch for regular cleanings of my home. I have always found that their crew is punctual (arrive within the time window provided to me) and are friendly and professional. They also work around changes in my schedule, which is always greatly appreciated. They were awesome. There were three workers, and they worked very hard for 3 hours straight. My house has never looked so clean! <br />

The service went great. I have hired them to clean the house every two weeks. They did exactly what deal stated. Three people came out for the service and brought their own cleaning supplies. They did a great job and I feel comfortable with them in my home. They were also very polite and completed the service in about 4 and a half hours. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service. They were a bit late for the first appointment.

The cleaners were late arriving. Once they arrived he asked me to show him what we needed cleaned. He then informed me that I would need to pay $10 extra for the extra half bathroom (which I did). He told me he wouldn't clean the rec room because it was in the basement. I pointed out that it was a finished lower level and the deal said unfinished basements would not be cleaned. It went fine. They were too expensive to hire as a regular cleaning service, but they did fine for the price we paid.

We had just moved to a new house, and after unpacking and the chaos that house moves bring, we wanted it thoroughly cleaned. The Soft touch team worked hard and did a great job. We were so happy that we have now set up a regular schedule with them. <br />
