We've used several cleaning companies in the past, which all start out well but seem to decline in quality over time. We've used Soft Touch for about a year and so far, so good. In addition to good work and feeling like I can trust them in my home, I like that they stick to our schedule and text me to confirm ahead of time. Hard workers, honest people, fair price. We are happy with them! <br />
It went very well, we were preparing our home for showings and had moved out. We needed them to come in and do a move-out deep clean. The owner was very responsive and flexible. The team was very thorough and did a great job, I used them a second time for touch-up cleaning, which also went very well. <br />

The cleaners did a wonderful job. They were friendly and worked diligently throughout the day to get the house cleaned. They house was spotless when they left. The owner/Manager only communicates via text, which I thought was odd. The cleaners were an hour late the first time. We actually scheduled a second cleaning, but I had to cancel because the cleaners were late again, and I had a very tight time frame that day as I was leaving town. Pulling into my garage after they cleaned my house and I could already smell the freshness. They did a great detailed job (moved furniture, dusted every inch). I am very pleased and look forward to using them again! <br />
Responded promptly. Family worked very quickly. Had a lot of chaos going on at the same time that they coped with well. The only reason I haven't called back was price. I wanted twice a month cleaning and it was a little high. <br />
The cleaning crew was excellent. Very professional and courteous. The house was very clean when they finished, and I have since signed up for a monthly maintenance cleaning. <br />
