I used a big deal for a house cleaning. 3 workers arrived - they were prompt, worked tirelessly, and did a fantastic job. I would use this company again for future needs. <br />
They arrived on time with a team of 3 people. They cleaned non-stop for 6 hours and did a very good job. They moved the refridgerator and stove to clean behind them and also vacuumed the high plant shelves in my master bathroom and bedroom. Very pleased with their work and am now having them clean monthly. <br />
The cleaning team showed up right on time, were very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning the house. They even stayed an extra 15min at no extra charge to finish the room they were working on. The only trouble I had was that it was a bit difficult to get a date scheduled. The company seemed a bit overwhelmed by the amount of work they had from the Angie's List Big Deal. <br />
Everything was fine, the provider just couldn't get to me before I needed the work done by.
It SPARKLED when they were done! Couldn't have been more impressed with the service and the people, I got this on a 50% off special but would have been thrilled to have paid the normal price of $199 for 6 hours of cleaning. 3 people were there for 2 hours, and this home didn't look this clean when we moved them in! I will be looking into setting up a regular schedule for cleaning after consulting with my siblings about costs. These cleaners are fabulous!! <br /> <br />
Soft Touch did a great job on the whole house cleaning I purchased on Angie's List. I couldn't believe the level of detail they did for such a low price. Our home is about 1500 sq feet and they completed the whole house in about 3 hours. My hardwood floors have never looked so good! I would highly recommend them and have already hired them to do a monthly cleaning. EXCELLENT service, very affordable prices!! <br />

Well, our oven and stovetop looks like it is brand new. The cleaned the inside of the refrigerator, bathrooms, dusted, cleaned hardwood floors, under rugs, high dusting, etc. They did a very thorough job! <br />
First,SoftTouch Cleaning accommodated my scheduling request promptly. The cleaning team arrived on time, walked through the house to hear my requests, and got right to work. They were very courteous and did everything I asked, then checked to see if there was anything else they could do before having me inspect their work. Excellent work efficiently done. I would happily recommend the service and will call them again for the next gathering. <br />
