Sohail has been immensely helpful in helping me rent out my downtown Chicago condo rental the past few times it has hit the market. He went above and beyond helping with the legwork on the ground as I am no longer living in the city. I highly recommend Sohail for all real estate representation and help.
He is highly knowledgeable about the real estate market. Answered all our questions and then some. He was overall very professional. He understood our needs and wants and worked to address them. He surprised us with some of his suggestions but he obviously knows what he is doing because he was spot on. We have been very happy with our experience and would highly recommend him to our friends!
Sohail was amazing from the start. He was involved in every step though he has an extensive staff to help also. They did an amazing video of the unit that brought so much activity. I am also using Sohail to help me buy a home and sell another property. He is hard working almost to a fault, available almost at all hours for questions and follows through on everything. I would highly recommend Sohail.
Sohail was a fantastic agent for me on both the selling of my old place and buying a new one. He was available at all hours, had valuable expertise on properties and neighborhoods across the greater Chicagoland market, and helped me out of a jam or two along the way. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed anywhere in the process, which was the case the last time I sold a property through a different agent. Sohail was an excellent and honorable agent from start to finish.
We worked for well over a year with a different agent who just couldn't get our house sold. Sohail got it done in 4 months! We knew we were in for better service when the showings were almost daily. I highly recommend Sohail and his team.
His associat ( Dave ) scheduled a showing in elk grove to it least 4 different parties at the same time and he was late. Listed as 2 bedroom. 2nd bedroom is a closet not nearly big enough for even a twin bed. He has no knowledge of anything ( community, laundry facility, pool )
Selling or buying a home can be stressful. Sohail and his team not only eliminated that stress but made the entire process seem simple. Within a week of signing the listing agreement we had an offer for almost full ask. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel the offer and take it off the market two weeks later. Sohail never got upset or annoyed with us. We relisted a few months later and sure enough, Sohail had an offer within 48 hours for $10K more than our previous offer.
