One of most professional transactions I've experienced. Sohail was thorough with every aspect of our listing, from market assessment to recommended fixes on the property. He even employed a photography team of 5 which included aerial photos of our deck. By far, we couldn't of asked for a better placement. Success is in the numbers. Our first offer came in on day two. When it was all said and done, he had generated 4 offers with a final closing price at 99% of asking. Well done team! Highly recommended.
