We used Solar Optimum to install our Solar/Battery system. Excellent compony. Every thing was on time. They have great panels and the price is very compatible. They don't have any pushy sells men. I worked with **** ******** from Solar Optimum. He explained the process very well and designed several systems for me. We finally went with the design more suitable for us and within short time we are live now. Oh by the way, there were no hidden fees.

We had a great experience with Solar Optimum. ***** was extremely patient answering all our questions before we sign the contract. After signing the contract the process was extremely smooth, the installation team was excellent and very fast only 3 days to install everything. Even though we had a small delay with inspection as the city required us to change the main panel. Solar Optimum took care of the issue very fast. Their customer service is top notch and very responsive by phone or email. Highly recommended.

We had the best experience with **** and Solar Optimum! We had previously talked to several other well known solar companies and were disappointed in the pushy sales tactics and unclear information. After a referral to **** we were delighted to find no hard sales tactics. **** was open and transparent on all the costs and the overall process. Everything went very smooth through the process and we had our solar installed and operational within 90 days of signing our initial contract.
Project workmanship is excellent! Would be nice to have more communication on project timelines. Overall excellent job!
