"Responsive to requests for info, up to a point" We learned about EnergySage abit late in our quest for solar installers; we had already engaged several others (thru SRP references and Yelp/Google reviews), so had tentatively made a decision on a couple ways to go. As I mentioned the only manufactured homes I had were in Yuma which is APS and far different billing and post solar rate plans and none of those customers had batteries. I felt like I would be doing you a disservice if I put you in contact with them as solar savings is a much different proposition in APS service territory particularly without a battery and completely different net metering & higher buyback rates. "Good service and product" There was a problem shortly after installation where a string of the panels weren't producing properly, but they proactively informed us about it and fixed it. A couple months later, I reached back out for help with a rebate from Panasonic, and they helped me get the documentation I needed for it too. Overall good experience, and already seeing a big difference in power bills!
