I was hesitant to go there because of bad reviews. I was wrong. That place is Awesome. When I walked in Abbey gave me a big friendly Welcome. They were right on time. Ms Olethia Technologist Was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and she was the best. She has been doing this decades. Try Solis W Houston center you will love it. There are a lot of positive things I can say about my experience! TMI, but it was my first mammogram, and I was scared. I thought it was going to hurt, but the staff put my mind at ease by saying most people come in scared and then say it wasn't that bad. The staff there was very friendly and treated you with dignity and kindness. I needed to get this done before the plastic surgeon can do my reduction. So the procedure was done. Treated very well at arrival. In office buildings are very clean and well decorated.. The front staff receptionist in the front were quick and good with information to sign in quickly. TOOK less then 20 minutes to complete everything which to ne was amazing. Felt extremely comfortable from start to finish. It had everything to do with staff. Thank you everyone!

Staff at Solis Mamm in West Houston are the best! They take all the fear and nervousness out of the process. Will definitely return for next appointment.

The facility is wonderful, relaxing and the quick. The only issue I have is when I asked the young lady when I made my appointment and when I showed up for my appointment if they took my insurance they said yes. I'm sitting here now with a bill, called them and all the young lady told me was I am responsible for the bill. No kidding, but why did I get one after I was told it was covered? Called my insurance company and they gave me a list of things I can do to appeal it. I asked how often it happens with Solis now the b... read more

I like this location better than the 610 Loop location in the center of Houston. This is closer to where I live. The receptionist was pleasant! Check-In was easy. The technician Valerie was great! The screening mammogram did not hurt as much as in past years. I guess the equipment is getting better. I give a 4 because there was a trainee in the room with Valerie and I really don't like being a guinea pig. The trainee didn't touch me. Wonderful experience. I had heard all kinds of stories of people and getting mammograms that were not pleasant. Those people should try Solis Mammography. Nothing to be afraid of at all
