the worst customer service and the ladies in front desk to rude to the patients!! this location it's so busy and to grumpy. in the original location was Atascocita they cancel times. they call 10 minutes before the appointments Cancel, because the machine it's broken and sent me to this location I'm be accepted until 11:30 am are you believe? I'm hate this location

Rose Imaging bills for Solis Mammography. Absolutely the WORST admin specialist!!!! I am covered 100% covered for mammogram by my AETNA PPO & went to Solis Mammography at Kingwood Medical (also in network). In October 2023, I had my annual exam. Within weeks I had a $5,000 bill from HCA (for Kingwood Medical) with an NPI coding error (took months on the phone to discover), the bill was adjusted but still was $400 plus. I came at 8:35 a.m. for an 8:30 a.m. appointment. There was no one at the front desk. Another patient came in. I told patient no one had been at front desk. I finally went in further back and yelled "Hello!" A lady came out. She said she had to take the other patient first because I came in late. According to receptionist, I came in at 8:46 a.m. That's the time I went in looking to see if there was anybody back there. It wasn't the time I showed up. When I made my appointment and gave them my insurance info I was told they take my insurance and when I showed up for my appointment they took my insurance and said nothing. I'm sitting here now with a bill for over $700.00, when I called them and asked about it I was told that they are out of network. I feel I should have been told this when I made the appointment or when I showed up for the appointment. I called my insurance company and they tried to work with them but they would not budge. This used to be a great center - ahead of its time, great customer service. I don't know if the radiology techs are still good, but the administration services are in disarray: no one answers phones, "help" emails go into a black hole, the website scheduling features don't work properly. It's super frustrating just getting an appointment, much less getting answers to basic questions like, oh, "Do you accept my insurance?" Arrived a few minutes prior to my check in time. 45 minutes later and I'm in a second waiting room. Definitely not someplace you can visit without taking 1/2 a day off
