Horrible radiologist. He is the most smug and condescending Dr. I have ever interacted with. I tried to respectfully advocate for my mom and instead of explaining policies with respect and understanding, he hit us with the most offensive and sarcastic remarks which is NOT what my mom needs in the beginning of her cancer journey. Sometimes it's not what you say, it's how you say it. When you work with people, you have to know how to communicate respectfully. They always say they found something and it needs to be redone. Always! Second and third mammograms elsewhere are always perfectly fine.

Solis was great ... until I had a problem. I went in for my once per year check up in July 25'. I was contacted again in August 25' by Solis to come back because the image was unclear. Of course, I got another bill for $445 from Medical City Arlington that my insurance did not cover. I paid it and then got another "bill" via text message one month later from Rose Imaging Specialists. First let me say that when I went to my screening appointment it was great. The staff was great the place was clean and the appointment was quick. Now the follow up/through is terrible, they claimed that I would get an email of the results (did not get). Then I get a call from them saying my doctor has requested a diagnostic test and a sonogram. I still do not know why nor was I sent the results. I will find me another imaging company that knows how to effectively communicate.

They will charge you for both the visit to Solis and will also charge you for a hospital visit from Medical City Arlington. I didn't go to the hospital or receive any services from the hospital. My general physician sent me here to get imaging and this office just happened to be in a pavilion next to the hospital building. And they had NO parking! Go get your imaging somewhere else that will not bill you twice.

Arrived early as requested. Signed in. Waited 40 minutes to be called up and told that my insurance doesn't cover at that location. Other Solis locations - yes, but not this one. I've gone to Mansfield location for a few years, but they no longer do bone density. So I was told to go to Arlington location. Frustrating. But called another provider and got an appointment later this week.

They use 3rd party billing that is a nightmare to work with. I paid a bill in April and they are still sending me invoices. I sent them the email confirmation of payment as well as my bank statement. I've started and finished my chemotherapy in the time I've been battling Rose Imaging!

My insurance company set up the appointment and when I arrived, the receptionist said I could not be seen because she couldn't find my doctor to send results to- checked with insurance company- they have no idea why appointment was refused-

Received diagnostic callback after screening mammogram -- first available appt 2 weeks out, only Mon-Thurs during work hours. Two days later get an all clear letter with a non-density classification (but I'm always rated heterogeneously dense). Tried calling all afternoon, different phone numbers -- annoying on hold music never got any kind of selection menu or live person. So, do I need a diagnostic mammogram or not? I even tagged on Twitter and Facebook, no response. I have no idea whether or not to trust their results.... read more
