Initial visit. Parking was in a highrise garage. The elevators were out and the choice was to walk the way down like the cars or take the stairs. Finally, made it to office. Waited in line for desk attendant to become informed on cruises. This was a very long discussion with whomever. Then, the long hard walk back to the car. Received notification via email that I had another appointment with them. Waited on hold via phone. Told attendent to cancel and don't reschedule. Was told, she can't do that it has to be don... read more
Received email to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment which was scheduled for 6:15 am. Lady which I used to go to high school with arrives at 6:06 am and says she's about to open. I let her know about her automated email reminder requesting to arrive 30 minutes before and she was clueless about it. Really wouldn't recommend coming here. The doctor/medical provider who helped me with my mammogram screening was amazingly sweet. It's the front that needs help. A clinic should be open as stated in their email or otherwise ... read more
If not for the ridiculous hospital fee associated with the Arlington location, I'd give Solis 5 stars. I guess because they are on hospital grounds, you can expect a hospital bill from Medical City Arlington for nearly $500...and you'll never ever step foot in the hospital! This is the charge with insurance! I'll find an alternate provider if I must go again.
My 1st review is under the name Mark L. (Solis Arlington). I didn't realize I was in my husband's YELP account. My name is Adrienne and my apologies for any confusion. I attempted to add on to my last review from July 6th as my issue remains unresolved; the center's manager was off site during my appointment, and I was informed Cheryl would reach out to me later that day. As of today Friday the 8th of July, I have not heard anything. But, my frustration continues: Due to Solis' call center apointment scheduling format,... read more
I want to make you aware of an incident during a visit with Solis Medical City Arlington's location yesterday, July 6, 2022. I am a 2-year breast cancer survivor and was experiencing symptoms similar to those of my original cancer diagnosis (pain, swelling, a lump ). I was referred to Solis by the surgeon that performed my mastectomy two years prior and needed to obtain a current pathology report prior to seeing my oncologist next week, for the new lump. Check in was smooth, however, I waited 40 minutes, in addition to my re... read more
I have had 3 appointments at the Arlington Solis and each time I was waiting for at least an hour after my appointment time. I had a mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy done. I had my biopsy done a week ago and they still have not released the results even though my younger sister has aggressive triple negative breast cancer and it's hereditary. This kind of breast cancer when untreated increases in size by 50% every 30 days so if I do in fact have this type of breast cancer also they are putting my treatment plan and prognosi... read more

Very disappointed! The welcoming process was rude as usual. And their lack of empathy has never been there. They don't give a damn about any person of color and I will never go back again. One too many bad experiences at Arlington Medical City location.

Had a horrible experience. I sat there 3 hrs for an ultrasound and mammogram. Then I was told I needed a biopsy to the tune of $4400.00 after insurance. Absolutely NOT! Went to my PCP who sent me to a surgeon for the procedure. My part was $50.00. Not only that, but one report they wrote up showed the growth in the left breast, the other report showed it in the right breast. ??? The radiologist gave me ZERO information while I was there. Incompetence at it's finest!! I will never be back!!! Very long story short...... read more
This place won't be getting my business due to radiologist not being able to see me after 2pm. So I have to take time off just because they don't have no radiologist after 2pm. I guess they don't care about the patients. I rather go to a place that will make an effort to see their patients. I
Business response:
Dear Jocelyn, We thank you for your feedback. Our last available appointment to see a radiologist is at 2:30pm. We are also able to open as early as 7:15am to see patients if that is easier for them. If either of those times work for you, we would be happy to help get you an appointment. A few of our other locations offer appointments with the radiologist at 2:45pm: Fort Worth (817-924-3525) and Burleson (817-509-9093). We hope this helps.
