I went to the 15th St location in Plano about a year and a half ago. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They are so incredibly friendly and professional. I was amazed. The reason I'm writing now is that I have moved out of state and need my films. In one phone call she was able to find my records, get the information, and took care of everything. This place is truly amazing and understand that this is not our favorite activity. They take care of you!

Love this place staff is always friendly and efficient but I have to take off one star for they operating system I go once a year but could you not have all the info you need already so all I have to do is update it a I have to take one star off for that

I realize this may be TMI to some of you by writing this review, but I do believe it is important to share even "personal" experiences on Yelp. Yes, I am reviewing a mammogram! First of all, let me start by saying 12% of women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with invasive breast cancer in her lifetime. That is 1 in 8 women! Again, ONE IN EIGHT. In being referred here by my On/Gyn I was immediately filled with dread remembering past experiences with this company. I try my best to not give bad reviews unless they are seriously warranted and in this case it is. The issues are many: after making an appointment I felt harassed by them calling and saying make sure you have all your images, etc. The way in which this was said by multiple staff was insensitive and with a lack of customer service. I had to get a biopsy done and the staff was excellent. When payment was due they stated that I could make monthly payments online and I have been. Even though I paid every month they sent me to collections without any warning or phone call. I tried to call them and of course everything is automated. I finally got to someone and she was not helpful and said I can't help you call the collections. I will never come back to this hospital again. Recently, I was scheduled for a follow up ultrasound mammogram after surgery last year. I wasn't feeling well (sinusitis) but made myself go to the appointment, nonetheless. The young woman checking me in prior to going back for the test stated my Medicare Advantage card had expired. I told her it was the same as last year. Go anywhere else. My breast surgeon sent an order to them for a diagnostic mammo. I waited almost a week & no one had called to set up appointment so I finally called them. They said my dr's order was invalid. Had to call my dr to get them to call Solis. Which why didn't they just call? Finally go to my appointment, no one on the phone either time nor the front desk the whole time during registering told me I would need to bring my previous scans. After my annual checkup with my gyn, Solis reached out to schedule my annual mammogram. An hour before my appointment I called them to see if they had any cancellations or openings earlier. It was only upon MY call that they said they did not have the Dr.'s order on file and that I needed to call the Dr fast and ask them to quickly send the order (on a Friday afternoon). I would give zero stars if I could. I had an appointment for 11:00. I waited over an hour and a half. No one bothered to contact me to let me know. This is very unacceptable. Zero consideration for patients.
