Solis Mammography is absolutely wonderful. I've been going there for years and have never had to wait more than 3 minutes. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the technicians are very gentle and kind. They protect your privacy and everything is done with your comfort in mind.
Solis has the best people working there! They always make getting a mammography very comfortable. The facilities are consistently clean and pretty. I always get my results in a timely manner. I highly recommend!
I have gone to Solis mammogram for years have been treated so respect fully with kindness from all the staff I would truly send anybody there for their mammograms

I had a mammogram at this location today and it was a super easy exam. Amy walked me back, LaVerne did the exam and they were both very nice. I went to the Flower Mound location yesterday and walked out of the exam because it really hurt and the gal was so rude. Today's exam was minimally uncomfortable. One of the four compressions hurt a little, the others did not. The plate LaVerne used was different than the one at the other location and after the picture the machine automatically retracted. This place takes a mammogram to a new level. The look and feel of the office as well as the super friendly staff is extraordinary. I like their use of iPads during the registration and exit. I was able to book my appointment completely online too. The dressing rooms are standard but the lockers are oh so cute. Someone thought enough to put notable womens names on the nameplates of each locker. I was Mother Teresa!
Be careful when you pay them. Make sure you get your receipt. Then, check with your insurance later to see what they paid. My insurance company paid 100% of the claim but zsolis charged me over $300! I have spent hours trying to deal with Solis and still no refund. Please check their Better Business Bureau rating. It's a F rating! If you read their complaints, many women have had the same experience as me. It shouldn't be this difficult getting my money back.
The staff here is always great, quick and efficient. I have been 4 times now in this same location with the same insurance and my mammogram was always covered at 100%. Unfortunately, this year I got an unexpected bill from medical city after the fact, for "outpatient services." This was new this year and it was not disclosed to me that there would be this new hospital charge unless it was in the fine print that is so extensive and literally no one has the time to read completely. Transparency is a must! I had a bad medical billing experience with Solis Mammography at Medical City Lewisville. Since it was my first time getting a mammogram, and it was covered by my insurance, I wasn't billed anything for that procedure. However, the result of my mammogram was unclear, so the radiologist requested an additional diagnostic test -- a breast ultrasound -- to get a better view of what was seen on the mammogram.
