I've used Solis for many years; first in Fort and the last several years in Weatherford. I have always had wonderful experiences. This last November 2024 was a bit different. I received a call back for a diagnostic mammogram, biopsy and ultrasound. I was treated with kindness, empathy and concern from every single person with whom I had contact. Solis is efficient! I actually was out the door before my scheduled appointment time. Mammogram was painless! Technician was kind and friendly!

I have been coming here for a long time. They are always friendly and I never have to wait very long. It's a great facility.

Very friendly staff, went in for a mammogram, was in and out in 20 minutes, I was early and walked out the door before my scheduled appointment, would definitely recommend!

I called this office in Weatherford the first of last week to ask when I would get results. They said a paper letter would be sent but they could email me. They did and I saw concerning results, and they requested I call to go back in for additional imaging. I called my PCP to advise and ask for a referral to the provider I had gone to last year because I would never go back to Solis. May of 2024, I had a mammo at Solis in Weatherford and later realized that I had not been notified with results. After contacting my doctor's office, I was told that the results were abnormal. I contacted and scheduled the diagnostic mammogram. While at Solis, I advised the tech of my concern about not getting notified, wanting to be sure to get the diagnostic results asap, and her response was "so you have your results now, do you want your mammogram today or not". I have had many mammograms, in various cities and states across the US. This experience was so awful I almost walked out in the middle of the mammogram. To begin with, there was no warm greeting at the front desk. It felt like an oil change facility, as though they had a set of questions and didn't care if you were a human or a machine. (Weatherford location) Make SURE you ask every question you can think of about insurance and payments. My mammogram is supposed to be covered 100% by insurance, but yet I got a bill in the mail from Medical City Weatherford for $1693.29 (which is the full amount of the bill- they are only allowed to bill you the Patient responsibility on EOB- which was $270.41) .
