For 20 years, I've been using Solis on 8th Ave in Fort Worth till parking became an issue so I made my yearly appointment at the Weatherford location. My mammogram was Friday Nov. 10, 2023. Today is Friday Nov. 17 and I still have not received my results. When I call, I'm told the report isn't ready. I was finally able to talk to someone at the Weatherford location and was told there is only one radiologist and she only works 3 days a week as well as seeing patients. Christine the technician was an absolute See You Next Tuesday. This was my first mammogram ever and she was so rude and belittling. My mom has had great experiences here and I was sure I would have one as well. I left in tears without a mammogram. All this because of a breastfeeding question. I miss understood her question. she asked if I breast fed, I said my children didn't latch so I pumped. Mammogram and bone density technician was wonderful and efficient. Twice I needed information from the front desk girl, she was so preoccupied looking at Instagram on her phone she didn't even acknowledge me. The first time I just moved over to the other receptionist and she helped me right away. The second time the technician came out and asked me if she could help me and she gave me the information I needed. Since the receptionist is the first impression you get they should consider hiring someone who is more attentiv... read more

Mammogram on 8.29.2020 ruptured my implant. $5,000+ later and the pain of surgery; needless to say I will never return.
