My doctor suggested I get a bone density scan done. Don't recall having one, but I probably have. Trina was the person checking me in. She was checking in three of us at the same time. Very professional and knew her job. She also took the three of of back at the same time. Catya was the one to do my scan. She explained what a Bone Density Scan is and what they will be looking at/for. Made me feel comfortable. It only took about 10 minutes or less. Solis also paid for my parking. Ten stars. :-)

I have been to this location only. This location is wonderful. The entire staff takes their time with you. The radiologist was incredible answering every question I had during the procedure. The staff went out of their way to find answers to my questions after the procedure. Above all, they understand how to treat women with compassion during a stressful time. I may not remember everything they told me; I remember the way they made me feel- cared for.

I had to go in for a biopsy and I was a nervous wreck. With the pandemic going on, I had to go by myself. Everyone was very nice and understanding. After my procedure, I think I may have had a panic attack. The radiologist (I wish I got her name) got me something to drink, got the doctor and sat with me until I felt better. I am forever grateful to her.

This was my first time there and I liked the fact the staff was courteous and professional. The layout was designed to make the experience as comfortable as possible. It went better than I expected. I will definitely go there again.

I've been going to Solis Mammography for several years, and the experience is more like a day at a spa. The facility itself is always very clean and inviting. The capes are heated before you put them on, the waiting room is comfortable, and even the lockers are named. Today I was Wonder Woman. The technicians are always amazing. Very gentle, respectful, and knowledgeable. Results are usually sent to you the same day which is nice. In recent years I have been extremely pleased with Solis staff. But this year I and another patient were left standing in the reception foyer for an extended time while the two staff members were chatting and laughing about work mistakes they had made and "how it was no big deal, because everyone makes mistakes". When I was finally able to check In for Mammo/dexa, I was told dexa scans could not be performed after 2pm. Despite being checked in before 2pm. Unfortunately you cannot get ahold of anyone at any of the locations making it hard to get in and get an appointment if you need one that is unable to get booked online such as diagnostic mamammograms.
