Original location I went to in Galleria area was great; Fannin location is about as bad as it gets. I haven't even been for my follow-up test yet, but everyone I have talked to at this location has given conflicting advice over several calls. This place, and this company, is truly awful. God forbid you have an actual medical issue, this place is a clown circus. Let me count (a few of) the ways: * Their communication is terrible, and follow-up is made as difficult as possible. * When you need to transfer information to a real medical provider (like MD Anderson etc.) they are unhelpful, passive aggressive, lose results, lie and say results have not come back from the lab when they have (pro tip: demand the lab's phone number so you can check yourself), and are gene... read more

Incompetence abounds. They lost the orders from my doctor three times! Solis also has one of those phone systems that drones on at length before sending the caller to a person who can't do anything anyway.

PLEASE AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE PORTABILITY OF YOUR HEALTH INFORMATION. I was seen at this Solis location for a biopsy due to an abnormal mammogram on 10/11/23. I chose to have my next annual screening mammogram at another provider this year for several reasons I won't relay here. After another abnormal result, biopsy slides were requested from Solis by my new healthcare provider on my behalf with my written permission no less than 6 times. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE! They don't care if you live or die!!!!!!! Every leadership person is here for a paycheck and not patient care! And by the way Mr. Grant Davies (CEO), your employee Michelle W. (working from home in her pajamas) does not know how to send a fax nor pdf document from home. This might be a good time to bring her back to your office for some additional training!

Went to see my physician as I had an area of concern in left breast. Dr. ordered a diagnostic mammogram. Called Solis scheduling to make an appointment & was given one that same day. What a relief! However, when I arrived I was taken to a station where an employee looked at my dr's order & told me 1) they 'never' do same-day diagnostic mammograms (employee on phone said they did), 2) dr's order was 'wrong' - I could not have mammogram for only one side & and 3) NO we cannot get corrected order from Dr over the phone. I can't even believe these people. I had an appointment and the first part of my test was negative, so I didn't need the second test. I paid cash and then they billed me for the second half of the test I didn't even get. Went to confront them in person, they claimed they had no receipts from my visit and finally said they would cancel the bill. Then ignored all my attempts to contact them and sent the bill to collections. Horrible, evil people. Just care about money
