K. Falgout Peakwood Dr My experience was extremely disappointing. The fair pricing estimate did not include the approximate fees for the lab and hospital. I was not informed that there would be additional lab or hospital fees at all. I chose this facility due to what I thought was inclusive pricing so I wouldn't have " additional fees". The CSR's were adequate but definitely not informative or compassionate. I was told of additional fees AFTER I had swiped my card for the cash price of 1354.00.
