I have been a patient at Solis Health since the old days when they operated under the name of Ben Ora. They still offer the same excellent service with a warm and friendly staff, very little waiting time for services and a clean and comfortable atmosphere. From top to bottom, the staff is outstanding! Ironically, when I went yesterday to get my mammogram, as I was sitting in the parking lot just about to exit my car, a commercial came on the radio, advertising their services....I had never heard an ad on the radio for Solis ... read more

Worst experience!! Made an appointment for a breast ultrasound. I got a text messages with what the price would be and in that text message it explains how it's an estimate. Get to my appointment and I only had to pay a little over $27. I thought awesome. Get a bill a month later wanting $ 546 and saying their not in network. I called and talk to 3 people including the director. Saying they can't believe this happened. The front desk should have caught that we don't take your insurance. Try to contact via phone but can no longer call facility directly. Have to call a number that keeps rerouting to billing or scheduling & there service redirects you but never to anyone human. Showed at office & they were not friendly or helpful. Last 3 years had to call for results. Will not go back.
I went to Solis in late December 2024 as my insurance provider advised that they were in network. I live in Arizona so not sure why yelp has me as San Francisco. I advised the mammogram technician that I had pre-existing spot on my left breast in the 8 o'clock position. I stated I've had it for 25 years so please make a note of it. Whether she did or not, I have no idea. Several days later I received a call stating that I needed to come in for an ultrasound as the radiologist has noticed something abnormal in the scan. ... read more
I have been rescheduled twice and was never notified in advance that my appointment was cancelled. This is a terrible experience. I am hesitant to trust them with my health and wellbeing
