never again. I've been a patient here many years and the decline is suboptimal. I don't expect a lot in these conveyor belt operations but this was shocking. The receptionist and techs were nice and efficient. And that's the good part. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, the air inside was cold and they leave you waiting in the little cape. I have been waiting a week now for my test results. I have called, sent an email. I have not had anyone contact me back. I am not sure how you have a medical practice and not follow up with patient test results.
The ineptitude and rudeness of the staff was something to behold. I got to the office before my appointment time and had to wait for at least ten minutes behind some patient who kept talking and talking and seemed to have lost something. I sat down and waited some more before the receptionist helped me. The paperwork took a few mins to complete. I have been going to Solis for years... started going when it was Benora... Dr. Hansen did all my ultrasounds, 2 biopsies, helped me through a tumor diagnosis and was just so kind, comforting, and professional. I do not remember when they switched over to Solis, but when Dr. Hansen retired I considered finding somewhere closer to home. Solis then opened an office in Paradise Valley which is closer to home. I had a mammogram at my regular doctors office and was asked to go for further imaging/ultrasound. My doctor told me to go to Solis and they would call me to schedule an appointment. I received a phone call from a scheduler at a 1-800 number and it took them 6 weeks to schedule me an appointment (very long in my opinion). I received an automated reminder message from Solis a few days before my appointment. That was all the interaction I had with them prior to my appointment. I made an appointment with Solis for June 11th, 2018. On Friday before the Monday appointment, they called to say a doctors' order was required (their letter to me says an order isn't required). I told them I didn't have a doctor's order (which I stated when I made the appointment and they said was ok), although I did have an upcoming appointment with Dr. A in July.
