8/22/25, and my entire experience has been outstanding. With Dr. Williams Epps has a wonderful bedside manner, patiently answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. On surgery day, he and my nurse Keisha were an amazing team, helping calm my fears and keeping my pain well controlled throughout my 3 ½ hour procedure. After surgery, Dr. Epps personally followed up with me when I had an allergic reaction and even called in new prescriptions to help. Staff was very attentive, informed and very helpful, wish was a blessing as I had a wound opening and they helped me walk that journey to healing.
Nyshel was very thorough and knowledgeable. She answered my question and explained the benefits of my Venus treatment

Had my 1 month post op this past Friday with nurse Taylor. I had the pleasure of meeting her at a previous appointment before, and just was just as amazing at this appointment as she was during my initial encounter with her. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and truly takes the time to answer all questions. She makes her patients feel seen and heard which, unfortunately is very rare. Thank you, Taylor before a wonderful representative of Sono Bello. Continue to shine brightly.
