I had a very smooth experience for a Stage 2 surgery! Yumna, my nurse was very sweet and professional and answered all my questions. Dr Epps did also and was his exceptional self, a top procedural surgeon! Thank you so much for improving my quality of life, to include working around a broken back from 2014 and a hiatal hernia from 2021. My back can tell pressure from reduction in fat has resulted in less pain to maneuver. The Hanover office is so full of amazing and wonderful people. I never had a better experience anywhere than the time I spent with all of them. Just management to Consultants to the front desk and every nurse and Surgeon that even walked past me in the hall. I never felt so apart of a team then I did walking in that office. My life is forever changed because of them. Thank you is not enough.

I keep saying it because it deserves to be said. Angie is the best customer customer service representative and consultant at your clinic! Without fail, I know if she's at the front desk, the service will be impeccable and efficient. My job can be unpredictable at times and I've had last minute issues come up, affecting my ability to make it to my appointment on time, or even at all.
