Information was great and informative. No pressure relatively easy to understand.
The staff was extremely accommodating and very professional and patient. It was raining and the parking lot was full so it was a difficult morning to arrive but Mary was able to calm me and help me focus. She said your morning is about to change and improve!!!! I appreciated her energy and positivity.

There was no pressure to commit right away. The representative that completed my assessment, to explain the procedures, expectation versus reality, how the procedure is done and the recovery phase. She also went over the qualifications of the physicians and how pricing worked. I'm really happy with my service and look forward to scheduling my procedure.
