I had a good experience.
With me finally making the decision to get Smart Lipo, I have had such a great experience at Sono Bello. The front line staff was very Welcoming Teofana was very kind and really took her time with me explaining the process. I signed up. When I went for my tests, the nurse was sweet, and then the Doctor came in and explained the procedure in detail. Dr. Satay made me very at ease with my decision. I had my surgery at the Beverly Hills location. Teofana was amazing and the office staff was polite, professional and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend the center. My experience exceeded my expectations.
I am one week out from my procedure, and I just had my post-op visit. Everyone has been really informative, nice, and helpful throughout the process, especially Teofana. She answered questions outside of business hours even when I thought I might not hear back until the next day. The nurses I had on the procedure day and during my post-op were fantastic too. Keep up the good work.
The whole experience has been amazing. I was reassured by all staff and went into my procedure feeling calm and comfortable. The staff and doctor are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful facility!
