The three ladies at the front desk Charlene, Chelsea, and Catherine have always made me feel welcome every time I come in. They always greet me with a smile, be attentive to what I want and need and ensure that I’m checked in the way that I need to be in order to be helped. When I leave, they always tell me to have a great day and ask if there’s anything else they can do for me. That is awesome Customer Service.

Charlene greeted me with a smile despite me being late! She was very polite and courteous as she explained the forms I needed to complete. She put me at ease. She definitely makes a greet first impression! Miranda conducted my consultation. She was also very polite and thorough explaining the different procedures. Shannon is so friendly and professional. She immediately put me at ease, and always did the treatments quickly and on time. I am impressed at how good she is at her job! I purchased Venus treatments following my abdominal reduction. Shannon was conscientiously attentive to my comfort level and the treatment time always flies. I believe the treatments to be invaluable to my success! They broke down potential adhesions and scar tissue and made my stomach look and feel smoother. Thank you Shannon, you do great work!
